~sawadeekaa...haha i'm back n finally got some free time to post my sweet memory of my BKK trip..basically this trip is a shopping trip cos 80% of the time was spend on shopping, shopping at chatuchak market, central world, siam center, siam paragon, mbk, naraya, big c, khao san road, 7-eleven, roadside, flyover, airport etc...

early morning, i had my breakfast with ahtu at relau, a new place for me haha cos i never been there b4, ahtu bring me there for breakfast, then we go back to my house to pack our things then go to the airport.

b4 we go to the counter to check in, i was carrying the potter bag, we need to scan 1st b4 go check in, at that time, something funny happen, i was looking at the monitor and the scanned picture look as if a gun was inside my bag, the officer there of course stop me n ask me to open the bag n check, hahait was the umbrella + spec box which form this "gun" look hahaa.. they thought i bring gun to the airpot :P

ok, later on we queue up to check in, that time ahtu already showing mAikun face liao haha, after a while we then go to the departure hall, lepak lepak then around 1030am start to queue up waiting to get into the flight, this time not many passenger, still got many rows are empty.

after 1.5 hrs, finally reach BKK~~we took airport bus 150Baht each then heading to Bangkok City Inn Hotel @ Pratunam, we thought within 1 hour we are able to reach the hotel but it took us more than that due to the new bus driver is having a training,drive us around the city haha... c the protest ppl (yellow T)

around 3pm++ we finally reach central world plaza, 1st thing is to ask the ppl around there, we ask a few, even ask the guard, tuk tuk driver etc... finally we found it haha... after some walkaround :P

after check in, we leave our luggage in the hotel n start our BKK trip~~

BIG C
1st meal in BKK~ Japanese food... nice 1...n we are so hungry at that time, the waitress is so polite heheafter late lunch we go to big c to buy something... end up buy alot of things.. haha
4 faces buddha1st time go there, alot of ppl praying, make a wish donate some $$ then continue our journey...

Central world Plaza
got band there, art student hot market, so many ppl are selling things on the compound, mostly is college student,talented students..

Naraya
i had such a wonderful time at naraya as this is part of my "mission" in BKK, although 1st round i buy nothing n having some hard time catching up their timing and feel blurcos so many ppl r there bz choosing, buying, walking around... pening laaahtu bought me a white bag (of course is the 1 with big ribbon in center)... i like it so much~~~

Dinner:
We had our dinner at MOS burger, we ordered rice burger (which we missed it during our s'pore trip)ahtu found 1 guitar shop but already close hehe... therfore we plan 2ml will back to central world again, to the guitar shop n to naraya :P

we had a long nite sleep on 1st night, maybe we were too tired..after breakfast (the porride aka rice soup is nice!) we take BTS to Chatuchak market

Chatuchak Market
from chit lom to mo chit station took us 15 minutes (35 Baht), when arrive mo chit, we follow the ppl there to walk to the nearestgate, at first we were not so sure is it the chatuchat market that we are looking for, but when we saw the road sign ... yeah.. confirm already~~it was quite early around 9++am when we reach there, the market is not so crowded yet and our biggest shopping trip begins...

me n ahtu manage to go a few rounds in chatuchak, it is quite amazing and shocking (mShock) as we heard from some frens they allcomplaining not enough time, lost in chatuchak, cant find the stall that already missed...

ahtu was very proud that he had 5 yrs shopping experience haha...we enjoy the window shopping too at home deco, art, pets etc... we had tried some food there e.g. old fashion ice cream (ice-bar), coconut ice cream with peanut topping (free 2 cup of coconut juice), fried seafood big prawn lobster (such a big plate), boat noodle (se-pai-si? ya, really se-pai-si),sio tu bak (ahtu meat :P), battery water, drinking water, coconut juice....

what we bought? t-shirt, singlet, ahtu bag (oh ya i saw pirated naraya hahaaa), skirt, shorts, scarft, small bag (for mum), sandals, shoes, banglewanto say big THANK YOU to ahtu cos he is the 1 who carrying the big bag throughout the whole chatuchak trip....

p/s: bin ceh incident:
on the way walk to the mainroad, i was walking infront and suddenly when i turn to the exit, i saw an elephant standing right infront of me... mShock~!!! i immediately step back ... wah lau... reall bin ceh @.@

after back from chatuchak, we leave out things in hotel then go to central world again haha.. this time ahtu really excited can go into the guitar shop already ... we shop for a while then take a tuk tuk go to mbk then siam discovery / siam center / siam paragon, we draw something n publish there too... will share the photo later...

dinner:
plan to go china town but end up at some kind of seafood restaurant (due to china town there not selling the street hawker according to the ppl there cos recently the situation there is not so stable due to the protest)... anyhow we had a bad feeling of that restaurant so we just leave without eating, we walk to the nearest bts station,take bts back to chit lom, we were so blur and to to the wrong direction and end up go to mo chit again....hahaaa

after reach chit lom, heavy rain out there and we didn't bring along umbrella, no choice have to go to the nearest restaurant for dinner already ~mcD
after dinner, still raining no choice di.. hv to take taxi back to hotel...pack our things.. prepare for the next day check out

After breakfast & swensen ice-cream & big C (Junk food, sushi, beer...), we check out Bangkok City Inn and check in Villa Cha Cha,ahtu so clever and manage to find the hotel, the hotel room is so nice, the environment also very comfortable, ahtu n me like it so much...

then, we walk to khao san road for lunch (pork leg rice) and shopping (of course)...after a while we take a taxi to MBK again then walk to the siam center as the day b4 we do not have the chance to shop there due to limited time, we spend a few hours there including the newly open art center (nice 1)...

dinner:
we had our dinner (tom yum maggie) there just below our hotel signboard,hawker food e.g. fried phatthai, corn, mango sticky rice (roadside 25 baht 1 whole mango, airport 50 baht half mango, inside airport 200 baht!!) and we go to the cafe that we've been to1 yr ago to eat the green curry rice (yum yum!) later on we sit there and enjoy the night life there... drinking thai beer with ahtu...then continue eating grilled sotong, porridge (nice!!), bbq chicken xxx

-----time to pack n check out~we had our breakfast (maggie mee + sausage + cake), go swim a while (paiseh, i already duno how to swim liao)then took some photo then check out and take a airport bus to airport already..

by the time reach the airport... my body is there but my soul still attached to somewhere in BKK city, 4D3N trip has come to the end... sob sobwhy time pass by so fast?? i wish i can stay there longer... enjoy more days...

Bangkok ~~~~ we will be back ..... soon (ahtu dun mScare ahh) :P
